Massachusetts Amendment to Lien Law Would Better Protect Operators

Massachusetts HD4504 aims to protect operators and clarify the law for consumers in three ways. It allows agreements to be handled electronically, defines when unsigned agreements become binding, and amends the definition of "abandoned lease space."

2024 Northeast Storage EXPO Grows to Include Five States
Press Release
January 22, 2024 – The 2024 Northeast Storage EXPO will be co-hosted by three associations covering five states. Originally hosted by the Northeast Self Storage Association (NeSSA), the 2024 event has the New Hampshire Self Storage Association (NHSSA) and the Maine Self Storage Association (MeSSA) coming on as co-hosts of the largest self storage event in the northeast.
