Webinar: How Mastering Lien Laws with Operational Excellence Can Optimize Revenue

with speaker Victor De las Casas, AI Lien

While occupancy rates across the country are above 94% it is not the case for debt occupancy. With recession looming and budgets tightening late-paying tenants are and will impact the P&L and NOI.

Benchmarking specific metrics associated with the lien to auction process allows business executives and managers to use points of reference to check their status by comparison, against proven standards. Lien to auction processing is often overlooked for cost-saving measures. As the recession hits, it will jeopardize revenue for operators. But these risks to revenue optimization can be mitigated by understanding the benchmarks of lien to auctions statistics. Learning to understand these vital numbers will not only come in handy during tough economic times but also fireproof your profits during all business cycles.

We’ll also share the results of our market studies to help you further understand and compare your business with others and design a roadmap for revenue optimization!
