Winter greetings to our members and vendors of NeSSA! I hope this message finds you all warm and well.

I want to thank everyone who has renewed their membership for 2024, we appreciate your confidence in this great association.  If you have not yet renewed your membership, you can do so here. Word of mouth is the best encouragement and strong association numbers make for a strong industry through best practices and presence for legislation. The larger our membership is, the more influential we can be when legislative issues arise.

You should be receiving your 2024 membership decal in the mail. We encourage you to send a photo of your office with the window decal to Courtney as we would like to use these photos for our social media marketing.

We have a new venue for the Northeast Storage EXPO 2024. This year we will be celebrating the 10^th anniversary of our first joint EXPO at Foxwoods Resort Casino on May 8^th and 9^th. This is a very nice property with many restaurant options and even an outlet mall area for shopping. We are also excited to grow the show again on our anniversary as we welcome NHSSA and MeSSA as our EXPO co-hosts. The trade show is expanded allowing for additional vendors and unique opportunities. Exhibitors now have the opportunity to bring their materials onto the tradeshow floor – everything from door displays to actual box units. Registration for exhibitors and sponsors is selling fast, so be sure to register soon!

We are also adding a social event at The Scorpion Bar on property the evening of May 8^th with drinks and karaoke, sponsored by Storage Asset Management. With all that’s going on, we expect our room block to sell out so be sure to book soon. You can find all this information and more online at our our EXPO webpage, which is also where attendee registration will open in February.

SAVE the DATE for the Fall Retreat, taking place September 24th at the Publick House Historic Inn. This event continues to grow every year and sponsorships did sell out in 2023. It's a can't-miss event.
