The 2027 EXPO will take place May 12-13 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. The 2024, 2025, and 2026 exhibit halls sold out months in advance. Don't forget we can now accept trucks, box units, and larger displays on our showroom floor!
Annual Sponsors get first booth choice, and member vendors will be able to reserve their booths exclusively beginning in October through the end of the year. Registration of the remaining booths will be opened to nonmembers in January.
Member booths are $750 and include two booth representatives. Nonmember booths are $1,000 and include one booth representative. Additional booth reps can be added on for $199 each for members, $249 each for nonmembers (limit 3 per booth). Booths do not include electricity and must be added on separately with the venue. Overnight room rates begin at $159/night.
Event sponsorships range from $300 to $1,750 for added visibility and benefits. You can view the benefits by clicking on the Details button next to each sponsorship option while registering online.
Members can reserve their 2027 booths starting with renewals in October. Nonmembers can join here for 2027 and will then be able to reserve their booths once opened.
The Fall Retreat is a fan-favorite event and is normally scheduled for the last week of September at the Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, MA.
Event Sponsors receive a small table and one company representative for $350. Additional sponsorships include the Production Sponsor for $250, Session Sponsors for $200, Lunch and Breakfast Sponsors for $150 each, and a Lanyard Sponsor for $100 (plus the lanyards).
Sponsorships for this event have sold out the last four years.

We need educational articles for our quarterly member newsletter, the Northeast EDGE. We send printed and virtual versions out to our members every quarter. There is no deadline - please feel free to send us any you have whenever you create them.
While the article must be educational (not a sales pitch), we do welcome headshots and bios of the article's author to be included.
Most of our sponsorships include ads in our newsletter and on our website, but these are also available for purchase individually.
